Just complete the forms to tell us about your property, the rates, when
you want to rent, location highlights and amenities, etc. Show us the
property through digital photos we will publish to the web. (If you do
not have digital photos, which we can arrange to take them for you for a
nominal fee.)

Begin online and/or telephone bookings NOW! Let us make it
easy for you to get started.
“Remember, you will need to call or email us immediately and let us
know when you have rented or reserved your property through your own or
another real estate agency’s efforts. This step is CRITICAL because
reservations are made by guests, real time and online. If you do not
communicate this information, you risk a "double booking" of your rental
property. Every precaution should be taken to avoid this situation in order
to maintain a professional and positive experience for all.
Do
Guests Need to Follow Guidelines?
Absolutely. All guests must electronically "accept" our terms and conditions
in order to rent your property on
http://www.BookTheJerseyShore.com. If they make their
reservation over the phone, they will be required to mail, email or fax us
the agreement prior to rental. These terms and conditions make it clear that
guests can only have as many people in the property as there are sleeping
accommodations; and you set the limit. Of course, all guests are required to
obey local ordinances regarding noise restrictions and civil obedience.
It will be expressly stated that there will be no access to "Student Groups"
and that minors must be accompanied by an adult in a rental property. And,
for condo rental and private homes, we will not accept anyone under the age
of 25 years without your expressed permission.
Additionally, PETS are NOT permitted into your property without your
expressed agreement. You will indicate all your preferences by filling out
the forms in the Owner's Kit.
Our Property Approval Process
Book The Jersey Shore is interested in marketing properties for rental that
meet important criteria for guest satisfaction. In our subjective judgment, we
will determine if a property has viable marketability based upon design,
location, amenities, value, actual rental rates, cleanliness and any other
criteria it deems important during the decision process. Book The Jersey
Shore will unilaterally decide if a property will be placed into its program
at its sole discretion. Requirements by property owners which would cause a
change in our database functionality, or would in any way compromise the
credibility or legality of our business can and will not be accommodated.
Book the Jersey Shore reserves the right to remove properties from it's
website at its own discretion. Any and all rent collected from guests, and
any commissions due to Book the Jersey Shore, will be paid in accordance
with our standard procedures procedures and agreements, even if a property is no longer being
actively marketed online or over the phone.
